Our house was on the market for over a year.
It needed A LOT of TLC (look in album )
BUT it was an estate so the person selling it wasn't very motivated and could've cared less about pushing it to sell.
So there could be a lot of factors like that, KWIM?

your house looks awesome! did u do that all by hand? how hard was ut to put in new kitchen cabinets?

yes, we did it all ourselves TY!
We did our kitchen through Home Depot, then my DH & Dad installed. So for ME it wasn't hard but honestly, no from the outside it wasn't that hard.
