the galleria mall is nice
they also have this place called the aquarium which is kind of neat
make sure you eat bbq!!
when are you going? if it's during march, they have the rodeo which is tons of fun
galveston is a quick trip from there, and is a really great southern beach town
fm if you need more advice-i'm from there and still go 4-5 times a year

Houston is a huge city.. Where will you be staying?
Galleria Mall
Nasa- if you have a rent a car, that was great
Houston zoo- Downtown at the medical center.
The food is outrageous in Houston. I have never had a bad meal anywhere!!!
Our favorite restaurant is The Taste of Texas... It setakhouse where you get to pick your own meat out, they have a salad bar which is to die for and phenminal bread.
GOode and CO BBQ was great.
