This happened for the second time last night.
We have no showings after 6 30, due to DD's bedtime and we had someone trying to get into our apt at 8 o'clock!
We were on the couch in our PJs, the place wasn't ready-- kitchen all disarray from dinner, etc. The place was still neat, but since we didn't have any showings scheduled, I decided to take the day off from making the bed!
I am happy we had a showing-- but I am so annoyed with my realtor!

Honestly, in this type of market (and I have 3 kids 19 months, 3 and 5, so I understand), I'd be happy just to have interest in my house.
I know it's a pain but would you rather there be no interest?
The REA is obviously hustling and not letting the buyers sit and wait to see your house but rather being proactive, I'd be happy about that.
GL!
Oh no wait! I just saw that they didn't notify you! I'm sorry about that!

Yep- We live in a co-op and another woman is selling her unit so I didn't expect them to be coming to our unit. So the buyers agent was walking up our walk way slowly... so I walked infront of them and they we directly behind me following me to my unit.
I felt soo awkward bc I was flustered and wanted to double check if everything was neat- then my dog peed on my shirt infront of them when I went to pick him up to walk him while they were there.
My DH forgot to tell me...
