accurate and what lenders use....do they use a different system?

Annualcreditreport.com is the only free credit report site. It's just your credit report though - not your FICO score. I've found them to be very accurate.
If you want your FICO score, I use myfico.com. I usually Google for a coupon code and you can get a % off the price for your FICO score. With this you get your FICO score and a credit report I believe.
