need tipping help...quick!

i have a cleaning service in and have never used one. they are doing a full cleaning, plus windows. one of the workers cleaned a double hung window and now it won't stay open or shut fully. the owner of the agency said she will cover any cost to repair it, if my DH can't get it to work (when he gets home from work later)...I just have to speak to my contractor.

my question: should i tip the workers? what would you tip if you do? i planned to give them something, but now i'm not sure...if the window broke, i know it was an accident, but still.

I'd wait until after you see it's okay. You can always give them the money after and say "I forgot to give this to you earlier."
