Headboard under this window?

I'm so jumping the gun here..but whatever...madness has struck & I may as well go over the deep end.

Here is a pic of what will hopefully be my master br.

I LOVE that window, and it has high vaulted ceilings, too...now, would you get a headboard? Or will that ruin the window appearance?

Doe anyone have any opinions? Or has a similar room window?

Do you have a headboard?

eta: I definitely will have the bed there in that spot

I think I would do a platform bed if you are going to put it in front of the window or a headbaordless 4 poster.

hmm..didn't think of that..I did always want a canopy...hmm..thanks!!

by the way, i always remember your kitchen pics and your cabinets and backsplash...IKEA, right? I'm keeping that in mind! LOVE your kitchen!!

yup cabinets were ikea and the faux "pressed tin" backsplash was from lowes! good luck!!

I would not do a headboard by that window...the post bed idea might work

We kind of have the same issue, we put it in front of the window any way.... here's a pic
