Beautiful!!!!!!! Custom gourmet kitchens....moulding...spacious!!!!! My friends siter bought one, when they first built them a few years ago...she paid like $200,000 for a three bedroom... Pulte was the buillder I believe and they do great work!!!

yes, those are gorgeous. If you need to commute by train to NYC though - you have to go up 110 to huntington or use Farmingdale, which is smaller and a PITA to park in

If you work in NYC, check the LIRR schedule. I know someone that commutes to there and it is a horror for his schedule.

The Villages are actually in Melville. From what I know they are very nice. Are you looking at the condo's or the houses? I currently live in Melville not far from there. I commute to NYC every day on LIRR from Farmingdale station.

I use the Farmingdale station and have no issues with parking or times. We had to get a village sticker and yeah it was $$ for the year but the other option is a meter for $3 a day. During peak the trains run all the time and its 45-50 mins into the city.

I have a sticker as well but had to pay for it since I'm not a village resident. ACTUALLY, my sticker was stolen off of my car the other day and I got a ticket  . I was fuming. Luckily they replaced my sticker since it was on record and got rid of the ticket but I'm hoping they find the SOB who scraped my sticker off my car. They said if they find he/she - they will be arrested.
