Atlantis, Bahamas
I was thinking about going to one of the Atlantis Hotels in the Bahamas with my son who is 9 not sure as to which one I should stay at, any recommendations?
Looking to go around the 3rd week in August. Only time we can get away.
TIA

Re: Atlantis, Bahamas
you mean which tower at the atlantis?
the first time we stayed in the royal tower and had the upgrade... I forget what they called it. we had an awesome view, awesome room, and awesome treatment. it was awesome.
they second time we stayed at the beach tower - no where near as nice; this is their oldest tower. It's Beach, Coral and Royal, and now they have the Cove. I'd stay in the Royal tower or Coral, not Beach.
HTH - enjoy!!

I have stayed in the beach, coral and the royal. The Royal was nicest but they were all good. The only negative about the beach tower is it is far from the aquarium and the water slides.

Re: Atlantis, Bahamas
We stayed at the Coral towers and would stay there again. We thought about staying in Royal but for some reason didn't. When we got there it wasn't really crowded and I was bummed that we picked Coral and would have preferred to be closer to the toddler pool. Once the weekend came I was so happy where we were. Everything in the Royal towers were crowded and just congested and not what I wanted my vacation to be like.
We went to The Cove for dinner and it was gorgeous just walking through the lobby, but it very expensive and the pool is 21 and over so you are still going to use the pool by the Royal towers.

Re: Atlantis, Bahamas
We just came back from there in March and had booked at The Reef. I was 5 months pregnant at the time, and we wound up "downgrading" to the Royal Towers because it was MUCH closer to everything! What a GREAT move! We loved it and are considering going back next year, when our DC would be about 9 or 10 months old. If it's just DH & myself and i'm not pregnant, I would have stayed at the Cove!
