Oprah went to South Africa to give $$ to an orphanage. Part of the $$ was lunch $$ from a 11 yr. old that was killed when hit by a car. The girl wanted her lunch $$ to go to African girls whose parents died from Aids. The little girls parents gave Oprah the $$ 9 months ago and Angel Network the totally renovated the orphanage.
Here's what got me, they painted the 11yr old's poems on the walls in the rooms of the building. Her parents were crying and all the girls at the orphanage said these wonderful things to the parents of the girl who died, thanking them.

Then when Oprah said "you are worthy" and the girls at the orphanage starting crying...let's just say I already went through a box of tissues.
Oprah should post a warning for preggos before her show comes on. 
ETA: Now she is going to interview Susan St. James & D ick Eversol about thier sons who died.  Thier older sons (who did not die in the plane crash) made this documentary about abused children in Africa.
