What do you think? Bedding Question.
Okay - I am really sorry to be indundating the board with opinion questions...but DH is really of no use in this department..I am buying this bedding and we are painting the walls a brown color with white trim...and we are getting white furniture...is this bedding gonna look weird...or will I be okay?

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
I like the bedding but I think the white furniture with a mostly white comforter might be just too much white- what about going with a light blue set?

Didn't you photoshop it in? I think it will look great.
People with wood furniture get brown bedding.

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
That pic is not my bed...its from the JCPenney website...I dont have a pic of my bed as I am too embarassed to take pics of my room with how it looks at the moment. This is what I am planning on having in the room:
I will have dark brown walls White trim An white furniture (when we buy it) The bedding in the pic (which is a sort of khaki with green and taupe flowers)
My questions is...will the bedding look okay with brown walls with white trim and white furniture...or should I try and find bedding with more white in it.

Definitely. I think it has plenty of white in it.
I'm a big fan of buying and if it doesn't work out - returning. Even if I have to pay return shipping costs.
If it's from JCP you can buy online and return to the store.

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
personally, i think the off white/khaki color of the bedding might look too 'dirty' on white furniture. It would go with the brown walls, and even white trim.. but having it on a white bed might not work. but it's hard to say sorry.. not much help

Actually the bed is the only thing that will not be white...my husband is a carpenter and custom made a platform bed with storage draws under the bed because we had to buy a California King Mattress (DH is 6'9" and we needed the extra inches in length)..anyway, the bed is stained a nice dark wood color which will work with the wall color and trim, but I just want to make the room a little brighter (as its a small room) and get white furniture...I am not a big fan or light wood furniture...if you get nice furniture its really expensive and the cheap furniture that you can get in light wood looks awful IMHO

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
I think it would look AWESOME! We have dark brown/chocolate brown walls in our room with white trim and white furniture and the white looks fantastic against the brown! I love the green accents too!!!!!

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
white, off white, cream, anything like that all goes together. I have white white and a slight off white stuff in our Family Room. I think it goes fine.
Take this picture. It has off white/cream chairs, the brighter white trim, off white walls and light beige/cream curtains, plus of course the brown. I think it all goes together and is gorgeous. Through your green into the mix and you now have a nice pop of color. Go for your bedding. It's gorgeous.
Here is another great pic with whites, creams and brown in it.

Oh if the bed is going to be stained a darker color, then def. go for this bedding. It will look awesome.

Re: What do you think? Bedding Question.
I really loke the bedding and think it would look great with the brown walls, It's definitely enough white and I like that it has a pop of color.
And, JdlDolphin! I think I need to steal your inspiraton alumn! Great taste!
