Realtor was just here, papers are signed-- we'll officially be on the market by Thursday!
I don't know what I feel more-- stressed, excited, nervous, anxious-- and a million other emotions.
I feel like this is happening so fast!!
We start looking at houses next week!

I think so... and the surrounding areas. But we seem to know a lot of people moving there, and it's a great commute to the city, close to the kind of stuff we want to be close to and great schools. The issue is that there is less inventory there, than here... so-- I hope we have enough options for when we need to really find something.
