does anyone have a bamboo rug?
There is one at pier 1 I love, but Ive never felt a bamboo rug before.....is it like sisal? What does a bamboo textured rug feel like? Would you put it in the LR?
Im eventually going to go down and check it out, but Im curious.

we had a bamboo entrance rug... until our dog ate it lol
it was very wierd texture... i always felt like when i walked in & wiped my feet, they never felt as clean as wiping them on a regular rug
i know you are asking for a totally different usage, but i figured i'd share!

I think it could probably go either way, to be honest. do they have a picture of it up on the website?
i don't have any bamboo fiber rugs but do have bamboo clothing and it is some of the softest fabric that I own.

I have Jute with cotton and that makes it feel soft. I would think bamboo buy itself would be hard on he feet, but I'm not sure.

very strange. even their description of it on the website is weird: "Who says bamboo has to be plain? The Printed Bamboo Rug is a natural beauty that brings cheery color to the room."
the price makes me think it might be more of a mat than a rug, especially for that size. could be the same quality/texture as jute.
