my only concern....is counting on the overtime
the bank isn't going to count that towards a mortgage DTI
depending on what you sell your current home for and what you have for a down payment on the new house- you might not be able to get approved

The overtime was counted on both of my mortgages. But that was another time in a far, far away land of give anyone a mortgage.
