Short sale and appraisal
so frustrated we are buying a short sale and the short sale bank sold it to another bank now this new bank has not seen the appraisal yet which came in at $25,000 more then our accepted offer. Now we have to wait to see if they want more money *** has this happened to anyone ??

Ours came in about 65k more than we are paying....eventually I hope! I would not worry.
