Cleaning Person
Does this sound right?
(we're in Brooklyn - bedroom/office/living room/dining room/kitchen/bathroom/foyer)
$140 / one day (8 hours, or as needed)

Is this for a one time clean or is she going to come back every week or every other week?
If it is only one tme, then it probably is about right - maybe a little high, but within a normal range. But if she is going to come back every week or every other week, then it sounds high to me. When I was in Queens, I paid $60 every 2 weeks for the same rooms (minus the foyer).

$140 sounds a bit high to me. I've heard of people paying $60ish for 1 day.

It depends on how good of a job she does. If the house is super clean then it is worth it. If it is set up for 8 hours I would have her do other things then the same thing everytime, Once a month clean the fridge, oven besides a general cleaning, this way there is always something to do for 8 hours.

Honestly it seems a bit high. I pay $100 every other week for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house.
