$140 for shipping?!!?
I found the perfect 'tv stand' for our living room on Target's website for $500. After doing some research I found that Sears sells the same tv stand for $315!! Great deal right?? I'm all ready to buy it till I see that it's going to cost $140 for shipping! That still comes out to be cheaper than Target but cummon... is this some kind of joke??
Anyone know a sneaky way to get around this? lol Or maybe someone happens to have a free shipping code for Sears that they can share with me, possibly??
I guess this is more of a vent than anything...
Here is the 'tv stand' I'm talking about:

I'm not sure if Sears has the option to ship it to the store and you can pick it up from there. This can decrease the amount of shipping. I don't have any online codes to share but search online and see if you can find any. Or hopefully someone here can provide you with codes.

i was going to say the same thing as the above poster, you may be able to ship site to store. I know they have, just dont know if there are restrictions on it.

From what I can tell on Sears website, this item is not available for ship to store. Though I didn't really find a definitive answer saying that you couldn't, I just couldn't find the option to do it.
That's gotta be why it's priced so much cheaper than everywhere else right, cause they know they're gonna get you with shipping charges!!?

It is in stock, but I don't think there is an option to ship to store. They probably don't carry it in the store and use some wholesale type furniture place that they ship to your house from.
That's a good idea though with the price match... I'll look into it. Thanks!
And thanks to the PP for the Walmart link. I did see that they're selling it there too. I was just hoping to get it for somewhere around $315 like Sears was claiming. Too good to be true I guess...

kmart has it for $350 and it says there is a shipping special until 4/17, where it ships for 65 or less.
