the wonder of ginger snaps
when I went to the doctor last friday, she asked how I was feeling & I told her feeling sick in the AM, etc.
She said to get ginger snaps with REAL ginger (got them from whole foods).. I eat about 3 or 4 in the morning and let me tell you- HUGE difference!!! I can make it all the way to work in the AM without feeling like I am going to lose it on the train!
She also said that I could take ginger tablets (like i'd go that route instead of cookies)....
anyway- wanted to pass along the word.

The ginger snaps from Whole Foods are AMAZING! (God, I miss WF up here). I never got m/s, but I ate these, saltines, and ginger ale throughout the first 13 weeks. Sometimes when I felt a little queasy, I had a ginger snap and the feeling went away.
