Do listing agents ever call back?

Sorry I am a PITA today with the questions.

We are supposed to be looking at a house tomorrow

We found it on MLS and clicked to "email" and everything so the guy send me an email sunday asking if we were able to meet with him Sunday at 3

I wrote back that that was fine but he never called to confirm or anything. I was busy at work all day so I had no time to call there. I sent another email when I just got home. I guess I should call the office tomorrowChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

this is the first house we are going to look at so I have no idea...

ITA.

FYI, any real estate agent can show you the house, doesn't have to be just the listing agent. Chat Icon

You should get a buyer's agent. I like mine and think I would not be able to this without her!

Re: Do listing agents ever call back?

our agent was the best. he was honest, helpful & not pushy at all. i swear he's not paying me Chat Icon
it's just that we met with a few agents who didn't seem reliable or to care about you, they just wanted to sell you any house.
he works out of century 21 aa in seaford or wantaugh (not sure what town) but his name is bob hastead (516) 353-9868. If you tell him rebecca & mike recommended you to him, he would love me for it Chat Icon

Re: Do listing agents ever call back?

Listing agents rarely even call other agents back unless you have an offer

I find it rude but as an agent I only need to speak to the receptionist to set appointments (by law)

Most agents I have met are rude- especially older ones...the stories I could tell

It's annoying that I look 10 years younger then I am- my dad owned his own agency at my age and agents his age treat me like I am 12
