anyone putting off buying a home
to keep their bank account ? My parents / Inlaws can not understand why DH and I are not buying a home right now. we have DP, closing , reno money all saved up. we are in a condo now that we plan on renting out, and we've been looking at homes for a while. we just feel so nervous and afraid to take that leap. so scared of all those extra Bill$!
anyone else, or are we the only ones totally dragging our feet at this point?

i guess in one way i am scared, but i am sick of paying rent - i think i averaged losing 45k in the past 3 years - i just think of that & get serious 
however, a condo is different - u have to do what is best for you
