I used to be because I spotted in both pregnancies up to about 14 weeks.
Just last weekend, I noticed it again and I am 35 weeks. I was freeaked, so I called my doc and he put me on bed rest because all else seems ok. It never hurts to always look

ETA: I'll be 7 weeks on Saturday- I think I'll feel a little better after my first sono- it's next Friday.
