House #2

Ok so I am backup on house #1 but here's what I have moved onto.

Positives
Same neighborhood

Similar floor plan (this one's dining room is smaller)

Larger walk in closet in the master bedroom.

its only a few blocks away from the one we bid on.

Negatives:
Carpet :(

WALL paints ...
ok seriously she has a jungle room (it shows up on the photos with a mocha colored wall paint. In reality its a monkey room complete with hanging sheer canopy from the ceiling over a wood inlet bed with monkey and elephant themes!! Chat Icon

Her bedroom is sponged painted lavender by her children I assume (in the smudges by the bathroom door you can read "we love you mom"

Oh and there's no photos of the second bathroom because the paint in there is a fire engine red! (I think I may leave this)

Id have back neighbors and my back patio isnt as large as the first one I put an offer on.

Biggest Negative... Its priced $5k MORE than the first house yet is smaller total square feet. Based on the comps she's over pricing it.

So I put an offer in for $145K. Lets see how this goes.

Deja vu - heres the house
