recommend your shampoo and conditionar

i've heard that pantene is REALLY bad for your hair.... i'm trying to repair my hair since i've been dying it for years

i read somewhere that the shampoo you use should be creamy, not clear to give you the best results... did anyone else hear this?

i started using garnier fructis a couple days ago since i ran out of pantene and wanted to switch... has anyone had good results with garnier fructis??

TIA

Re: recommend your shampoo and conditionar

I use Dove and I like it so far.

It's Intense Damage repair or something - it's in a dark blue bottle.

It's a little heavy so once a week I use Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo.

Re: recommend your shampoo and conditionar

I only wash my hair every other day or sometimes 3xa week, but condition with Dove Intense Repair Conditioner like the PP mentioned. I have found this helps A LOT! I use Chi shampoo and conditioner, Cibu shampoo and conditioner(volume and curl control kinds), and Fredrick Fekki shea butter(it's expensive so a slurge once a year while i'm in Vegas I buy it at Sephora!)

Re: recommend your shampoo and conditionar

i use Nioxin. the shampoo is minty so it helps with dry scalp and gets rid of all the hair products. the mask i only use about once or twice a week, i've never colored my hair but i do use a lot of mousse and blow dry it. i use to use conditionar since my hair is curly but with this i dont even need it.
