one of these days we are planning on doing those silver foil-like squares- I have seen them online a bunch of places for ridiculously cheap- but not sure of the quality.

we originally wanted glass, mic -- but fell in love with the one we got. we purchased it at lowe's. 9.99 a square foot :)

I have brand new 6 * 6 backsplash tiles with center medallions that were too big for what I wanted. Similar in color to what I posted but a little lighter. 33 square feet plus 12 decorative medallions in a taupe color including matching grout. I paid $300 dollars for the tile and am willing to get rid of it for a nominal fee! they might still even have the tile at the place and you can order more if you need. It would be great for a bathooom too!

do you mean almost black granite? I definately do not think the tile will go with your color scheme at all...it a little lighter than what is posted, with a faint, tanish-orangish hue. Beautiful but too big...
