Uggs question
Those of u that have uggs and treated them with water resistant spray, do u wear them in the snow?? I'm tempted to but don't want to ruin them.

Re: Uggs question
I have the classic tall, and I won't wear them if its raining or if there is more than an inch or so of snow.
The classic UGGs do not have great traction and are not waterproof. I'm less careful with them now because my current pair is a little worn and black hides water damage better, but I wouldn't consider them all-weather boots. I will wear my rubber rain boots on those occasions
They make some UGG models that are weatherproof outside/sheepskin inside but they dont really look like your traditional UGGs

Re: Uggs question
I waterproofed all of mine, and I wear them in the snow, even to shovel, and they've been fine.
That being said, I"m not stepping in MAJOR piles of snow, but when shoveling, they've gotten snow stuck to them and been fine

Re: Uggs question
I sprayed mine and got stuck in the snow with them (my feet were drenched). The salt left a white line and I thought they were ruined. I got home, hit them with a damp washcloth and put them by the heater. The white salt line disappeared and they are ok. Not as soft but, you could never tell.

Re: Uggs question
Dh and I were told it is okay to wear them in the snow, but not in the salt. However, I feel they don't really keep my feet dry once I step into a slushy puddle.
