So I was horrified with my experience with Frederic Fekkai hair color...a week later and it still looks dull, jet black (I dyed it dark golden brown) and blaaaaaaaahhhhhhh. I looked at beauty.com, where I ordered it from and I saw that it had a 100% color satisfaction guarantee. Obviously, I couldn't return the package, so I wrote to them late last night and by this morning they had credited my account the 30 bucks that the hair coloring cost. Yay Beauty.com! I also write to Frederic Fekkai's PR people to let them know about his horrendous hair color. I'll keep you posted...
