any1 ever forget if they took a pill(s)? What should i do??
I had a few different meds to take orrally this morning. One being Estrace, which I. Am to take 3 pills in AM and 3 in PM. I can't for the life of me remember if I took them this morning!
What should I do?????

I've done that!
What I usually do is I look how many pills came in the prescription, how many are left, and then count how many days I've been taking the pills and see how the numbers work out - KWIM?

I've done that!
What I usually do is I look how many pills came in the prescription, how many are left, and then count how many days I've been taking the pills and see how the numbers work out - KWIM?
Worse comes to worse, you can let it go or you can call the on-call nurse. My feeling is they will tell you just to get back on track for the next pill if you can't figure it out by counting pills. Good luck!

Waaaaaahhhh. I can't count b/c I don't have them all together. I have the bottle they came in& a travel pill case at work!
I guess I'll call the on-call nurse

Okay, so I called and they said to take pills tonight and go back on track tomorrow. Phew!

I missed one with my cycle but i didn't tell them (oops). Didn't matter since it worked anyway

i use one of those weekly pill organizers. its the only way i can remember to take them all.
