Lupron, gonal f, Menopur ptotocol
Just got my meds for ivf and will be starting lupron in couple of days. Those of you who are on the lupron, gonalf, and menopur protocol, what can I expect? Have an appt tomorrow for sono before starting lupron and they are going to show me how to do the shots. Does teh doc's provide a calendar or a list that has names of all meds and the timings I have to take them or do I need to write down the instructions? Any questions I should ask the doc or the nurse at my appt? Thanks

i think i am on that same protocol and i am getting my meds tonight!

My protocol is slightly different - estrogen, gonal f and menopur - and I received a tentative calendar a few weeks ago. I only just started my estrogen yesterday and the dates didn't agree with the first calendar so they sent me a revised version today. The nurse said it can change as we go through the cycle.

I had the exact same protocol. They gave us a folder with a list of all the meds and how to administor, etc. I didn't receive a calendar but they gave me estimate dates and towards the end you're there so often that you'll know what's going...

They gave me a "calendar" with dates that they filled in or I filled in as they called.
You'll be fine.
