skin question
dont know if this is beauty or health...i have what appeared to be a whitehead on my face...but came to realize it is hard and not a whitehead at all. it wont go away. and now it looks like another one is forming about an inch away! im calling the dermatologist tomorrow, but anyone know what that is?

Cystic acne is often hard, deeper under the skin, and takes much, much longer to go away - regular topical meds do not help. Of course it could be something else, but that's the first thing that comes to mind.
Does your face hurt? (Not trying to be funny) If it feels sore it also could be cellulitis.

no...it actually looks like a little whitehead. like i could squeeze it and it would go away. doesnt hurt.

I think that is called milia (sp?) I had one or two and I think eventually it will go away, at least mine did, I am not sure what causes them though.
