lasagna

I am making lasagna for Christmas dinner.....I would really like to put it together Wednesday night though...too much to do Thursday and not enough time on Friday.

Once it is assembled how long would you cook it and then would I just put it in the fridge until Friday morning and how long to reheat for dinner....I don't want to dry it out!!!!

Thanks so much for your advice!!!

have u ever heard of no-boil lasagna?
you don't boil it, and just bake it..i was apprehensive, but it is delicious and definately saves time, and the risk of overcooking or undercooking the lasagna noodles.

I assemble the night before, cover it with foil, cook the day of, but I also cook some extra sauce in a small pot, too.

I agree- I used the barilla one and it was fantastic- no one could even tell that it was no boil!
