How long after a scheduled appt with contractor...
would you wait?
I had an appt for 12 today to meet with a landscaping company.. its 12:40...
I have TONS of holiday running around to do..

I'd go. If they haven't shown up yet then I wouldn't hire them anyway. I usually have a 20 minutes rule unless they call and say they'll be late.

I left the house at 1pm - came home 10 minutes ago and their card was in my storm door.. right into the trash it went. This was the 'owner' we were meeting with.. and he was anywhere from over an hour - 2 1/2 hours late...
