Drafts in house?
besides the heat (obviously) 
We have a room that is really drafty and get especially cold in the winter, so do our kitchen cabinets (one side on the wall)
I was thinking for the room to caulk the windows from the inside for the winter...what else can help?

we have a new construction home (completed 1.5 years ago) and we still have certain parts that are much colder. By doors and windows, you will always have some air leaking ...
