Toaster Oven Help

I have an Oster Toaster/Convection oven that is about 2 years old.

It keeps burning my toast even on a lower setting.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do I just have to go buy a new one? Any recommendations?

Toaster ovens are so cheap, under $30, I would buy another.

But here's something to try if you don't want to spend the $$ - take the tray out from the bottom and wash it. Make sure the hot bars are cleared off )make sure to do this when it is cool to the touch).

Basically, give it a very good clean and see if that helps.
