Has anyone ever NOT received a Rue La La purchase?
I ordered a Vera Bradley bag and it says it was delivered but I never received it...
I am so aggravated. I do 99% of my shopping online. Lamps, mirrors, clothes, gifts, home decor, etc. I never have to sign for my packages and this has NEVER happened to me before.
I mean - $400 lamps have been sitting on my stoop and I don't get a $35 bag? I am annoyed.

Yikes! Jenn, I would definitely call them. My sister (J) orders from them ALL the time and has never had a problem.

The only issue I had was the super put my Ruelala box in my neighbors apt. But I always get my shipments from them.
Have them do an investigation.

I have never had a problem. I ordered several of the vera bradley bags when they had them and i received all of them last week. I would definitely call them.

I did contact customer service.
I'm glad I'm the only one because this has NEVER happened to me before. Ever. In my whole history of ordering online! 
I feel so bad too - b/c I didn't have to sign for it - like they don't believe me, you know?
