total scam!
i was at roosevelt field today and walked past steve madden.
they had a wheel outside the store that you could spin and get a certain % off your purchase.
i stopped with DS to watch as a woman spun the wheel. the salesperson reached out and stopped the wheel on 25% as it was about to go to 40%!
the wheel was winding down but from what i could see he stopped it as it was still spinning and there was a good chance it would have stopped on the next # - the 40%.
like i said - total scam!

I went to steve madden at Bay Terrace today and got 40% on the wheel but they didn't have what I wanted. I didn't have anyything like that happen with the salesgirl but if that would've been the case I would've had raised hell. LOL
