RE Atttorney
What is the going rate for the attorney fees for closings? I have gotten a really wide range of numbers and want to see what is average.

The Attorney i work for changes $1,000.00 per closing plus reimbursements for any overnight packages.

average is anywhere from 700 - 1000....IMO I wouldn't pay more then 1000 - anything over that is not going to make a difference. You get the same services!
