Petco, target, walmart, online.. pretty much anywhere dog toys are sold. There are a few different types, but the regular one comes in different sizes based on your dog's weight. They range in price from like $7-10, but are basically indestructible.

We've bought some at Petco, Petsmart and Petland. They all sell the cookies too, but Petsmart sells the peanut butter flavored ones my dog loves.
Also, try drsfostersmith.com - they have a ton of toys for dogs (small and large).

I've also gotten them from Pet Supplies Plus...also not sure if they sell them, but you can try Dog.com!
