Just had a really good burger over the weekend. It is a bobby flay recipe...
He uses ground chuck I believe. And all he adds is salt & Pepper.
It was topped with......
Melted swiss then a
slice beefsteak tomatoe
american cheese
goat cheese then
sprinkled with parmesan cheese
Under the burger was arugula..
It was very tasty!!!!!
