Has Anyone Ever Ordered Something from Shop-MLB?

It is so frustrating!! I ordered Yankees bedding for my son's room 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it!! According to their web site if it is an in stock item it usually ships within 1-2 days. The status on my order for the last 2 weeks says "Items located in stock." So why haven't they shipped it? I can't get a human on the phone because it is only an automated system and emails? I send them and never get a response. So annoyed especially since they already charged my cc.

Anyone else ever have a problem with them?

i always have mixed feelings on them.

sometimes my orders from MLB are quick and fast.. others take forever! even the ones that say "in stock"
i would keep trying to call them.. especially since your card has been charged

Thanks. Of course, the one item I received is a hoodie that I purchased in order to get the 20% off on the bedding. My son did not need another hoodie
