They are going to make an offer!!!!
Our co-op has been on the market for a year and a half now with only two ridiculously low ball offers. A couple came to see it today and my realtor just called and they plan to make an offer next week when they get back from their honeymoon!!!!!!! She said they loved it soooo much (I cant argue that, it is gorgeous) and to call them immediately if any other offers come in or their are any other interested buyers so that can get their offer in.
I could use some good offer dust!!!!
