FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We finally got our second appraisal done since the forst one cam eback $30K less than the accepted offer. Well the second one came in $15K under accepted offer and the homeowners agreed to lower the sale price to match the appraisal price.
So we got the house at $15K less than what we offered and we will be ready to close within 2 weeks.
So excited that it is finally almost over with.

Ugh, isn't that crazy?? It happened to us too but everything worked out. I'm really glad you've cleared this hurtle and you're that much closer to owning a home!
