empress carpets can finish off a remanant (sp?) of any carpet to be an area rug. You can get a huge one for about $80 and it''s real carpet material - I hate the woolie feeling of most area rugs and how they shed!

Re: Where can you get a good deal on an area rug?
I bought all my rugs off of rugsdirect.com. I saw a lot of them in person at the store and noted the brand and found it on their site for much cheaper!

I ordered one online from target.com for the baby's nursery and i'm very happy with it! it was cheap and it brings just the right amount of blue into the room.
