Fantastic cookbook find!!!
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, so this is a bit premature, but...
I bought a copy of The Six o'clock Scramble and I literally bookmarked every other page in that book! Everything looks awesome and EASY!! Pretty much all the recipes are 30 minutes or under. To think as I was thumbing through it I was actually excited to cook! 
The author has a newsletter going to help plan meals...it had started out as a free service but now you have to pay for a subscription.
Hope this works for someone!
ETA: Tried a recipe tonight- Fiesta chicken (towards the back of the book) - yummy!

Thanks for the recommendation hon! Roy and I have been trying to eat at home more and this looks like it could be very helpful
