Termites...bait system?
We have termites in our detached garage. I've been quoted $800 to treat it. For $1200 it can get treated and we can have a bait system installed around the garage and house, it would be serviced for a year and after the first year it costs $325 a year for a service contract. They will monitor it regularly.
Should we do this?
Is this a decent price?
I think I saw a bait kit at home depot - should we just go that route?

We went with professionals because we don't know anything about termites. Everything in our house is DIY but termites are serious.
