These range in price from $79 to $499.
I got one similar to this (in a 18" h x 24" w, so it's smaller) from Marshalls for $19.99.

you could also easily make your own:
buy decorative frame, in the size you want
buy cork board, cut it to the size you want
cover cork board in decorative fabric
put in frame
Voila!!

I Staples definitely sells the cork tiles but if you're covering in a fabric anyway no one will know the difference!

if you really want it to look like the PB one, then have DH pick up wood in that size, stain it, glue it or zap it together.
hang cork board covered in fabric, place the frame from DH around it...
