Got JHS 2 weeks ago..

I know I know.. I still haven't posted pics.. I was waiting until I got my haircut the other day
I'll have to get on that 
2 questions:
Can I use clips/hairbands yet? They said 2 weeks but I just want to make sure noone had any bad experiences.
When can I dye my hair (whole head a darker color) again? I've had mixed responses ranging from 2-4 weeks. 
My roots are getting crazy over here but I don't want to just touch them up because my whole head is in need of some major color refreshing (my hair is auburn so it fades fast)

Yes you can wear your hair clips,
wait one more week until you color. Just to be safe.

I never heard 2 weeks for clips
I always go back to normal hair stuff after I wash it- pony tail, clips to hold my bangs back
I never had an issue-

I just got mine done 1 and 1/2 weeks ago... I am getting it cut tomorrow and will post pics then!
I, like Beth, went back to normal, used clips, etc. after I washed it 3 full days later (got it done Tuesday, washed it Saturday).
The woman told me three days for cliips, tucking behind ear, I never heard two weeks either!

I have heard of the 2 weeks for clips, hair bands... but I always use them right after I wash (3 days later).
Can't wait to see pics!
