PMI Insurance
Did anyone have a hard time getting it with a credit score slightly below 700?

Not sure what a FHA loan with MMI - i now you can have somewhat poor credit not sure of scores though. I have excellent credit but my husband does not and we were approved for that loan right away.

Yeah I'm not too sure.. I'm not doing an FHA loan - it's a conventional loan through a first time homebuyer program.
