What dishes go with a Nicoise salad?
I'm having some people over, and I know I definitely want to make a nicoise salad. Trying to figure out what other types of dishes go with it. I was thinking maybe a cold pasta salad? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

bread with tapenade, prusciutto with melon, some quiche, fruit salad....
