What should I marinate my chix cutlets in?

I have some cutlets I want to put on the Grill--what is a good marinade??

1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-3/4 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon finely minced fresh parsley

In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.

You could also try lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, Greek Seasoning (or Oregano if you don't have it), salt and pepper.

Grill it on skewers and then serve with Greek salad or cucumber salad, lemon rice pilaf and tzaziki. Yum.

italian dressing
balsamic vinegar, EVOO and honey
EVOO and lemon juice
