It means don't just drive by the property(car windshield).......it's their way of saying the house is more than it appears from the outside....and they are trying to encourage you to make an appt. to see it.........HTH

Not really a funny phrase but I hate when they put "Pool is a gift" I get what they mean by it by I hate it, it's not really a gift.
Someone posted a bunch of realtor terms and her version of what they really mean a few months ago. It was hysterical but I can't find it in a search
