Decisions...Decisions..
I am trying to decide between
1) 3 bedroom house with huge loft
or
2) 4 bedroom house with smaller loft
Which would you choose?
We are a family of 4, so there is a room for each child. We were going to use the loft as a play room and put a sleeper sofa for guests.
If we do the 4th bedroom, we will put a bed in there with a desk and leave the rest of the smaller loft for toys and a tv.
We are pretty sure we are 99.999999999% having kids.

I say 3 bedrooms /LARGE LOFT...
Bedrooms are made to sleep in..(i think) god i sound like my mother...
I'd rather have the bigger space to have the kids play and hangout..

definitely the 4 bedroom! i think i remember reading that you're moving out of state, right?? so you'll have family visiting a lot- that 4th bedroom will be really nice for them! ( we live far away from both our parents, and its nice to give them their own "area" when they come visit)
plus, you'll still have SOME kind of loft for a playroom for the kids...
